Pasteurized Egg Whites

According to the US department of agriculture, egg product is that egg which has detached from its eggshell for further processing. Processing includes cracking eggs, cleaning, integrating, merging, pasteurization, drying & freezing and at last packaging. Egg products are yolks, whites, whole eggs and mixer of without or with non egg components. These products are in from of dry, liquid and frozen which are available are processing and pasteurization.
